2 EGGS
1 BOX CHOCOLATE CAKE MIX (german chocolate)
6 TBSP OIL
1 CAN CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

MIX ALL TOGETHER. (IT WILL BE THICK) ROLL INTO EQUAL SIZE BALLS. PLACE ON A GREASED COOKIE SHEET. COOK ON 350 FOR 6-8 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOPS ARE CRACKED. TAKE PAN OUT AND GENTLY DROP ON COUNTER. LET COOL! SPREAD FROSTING ON THE FLAT SIDE OF COOKIE AND PLACE ANOTHER FLAT SIDE COOKIE ON TOP OF FROSTING!

Buffalo Wing Dip (AMAZING)

So this recipe is how I plan to hook me a husband
and if I didn't love you girls so much I wouldn't share! :)
Posted by Briana
Ingredients:
(2) 8 oz. cream cheese
(2) 1 cup canned chicken (I use costcos, or you can shred your own)
3/4 Cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing Sauce (the BRAND IS IMPORTANT)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips (for dipping)
First, allow cream cheese to soften to make it easier to spread. Then layer the entire 2, 8 oz of cream cheese on the bottom of the 8 x 8 pan. Second, open the 2 cans of chicken and drain. Shread, and spread equally over the cream cheese. Then spread the Buffalo wing sauce and rance dressing equally over the chicken. Bake at 375-400 for 15 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then sprinkle cheese on top!
IT IS SO FREAKIN GOOD!

Bryce's Favorite Shepard's Pie

Posted by Briana
Ingredients:
1 lb Ground beef
1 16 oz can tomato sauce
2 can green beans
6-10 potatoes (make mashed potatoes)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Brown the beef, use season all and salt and pepper to taste, add the tomato sauce and simmer. Make mashed potatoes (however you want them to taste, butter...salt...milk... you should know!) In deep casserole dish layer beef mixture, green beans (drained), mashed potatoes and cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees (or until cheese boils, you're really just heating it through)
It sounds ghetto- but you know it's good! And if you don't believe me ask our Ole' neighbor Bryce!
