Baja fish tacos
3lbs talapia
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
(I use chili powder too)
Slaw 1lb shredded cabbage
1/2 c sour cream
1 1/2 TBS vinegar
corn tortillas
fresh cilantro
fresh limes
salsa
Cook fish in Pan with a little olive oil. Use all the spices on the fish. Cook til it flakes, only about 3 mins on each side.
Make the slaw in a bowl, chop up cabbage and add sour cream and vinegar mix very well, stick in fridge while u cook fish.
I also usually cook black beans to stick in the tacos. And cook mexi rice for the side.
